How liability cover works between Fresh Mango Robotics, Keenon and the customer.

What Fresh Mango Robotics holds
Fresh Mango Robotics is a trading name of Fresh Mango Technologies (UK) Ltd (company number 12356336). We hold public liability and employers' liability insurance placed through Hiscox.
We do not publish specific cover limits on this page. If a customer or their insurer needs written confirmation of cover for a contract, we provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Who is responsible for what
Keenon, as manufacturer, is responsible for the design, build quality and factory warranty of the robot hardware.
Fresh Mango Robotics, as UK supplier and support provider, is responsible for the site survey, installation, staff training and ongoing service we deliver, and carries UK liability insurance for that work.
The customer, as site operator, is responsible for the environment the robot works in — such as floor surfaces, staff supervision, and following the operating guidance given at handover — and for their own premises insurance.

Who insures the robot itself once it is on site?
This depends on the commercial arrangement (purchase, lease or hybrid) and is set out in the contract. Ask your account contact which applies to your agreement.
