Logistics and delivery

Logistics and delivery robots for UK businesses

Autonomous transport robots that carry goods, meals, linen and supplies between fixed points, so staff stay where they are needed.

At a glance

Logistics and delivery robots are autonomous mobile robots that move items inside a building without rails, tape or a driver. Fresh Mango Robotics supplies Keenon delivery and transport robots across the UK, including the BUTLERBOT W3 for hotels, the DINERBOT range for restaurants and the KEENON S100 and S300 for hospitals, warehouses and industrial sites.

What is an autonomous transport robot?

An autonomous transport robot, often called an AMR (autonomous mobile robot), maps your building and drives itself between set points. It avoids people and obstacles, and some models can use lifts and pass through automatic doors.

Staff load the robot, send it on its way and someone unloads it at the other end. The robot does the walking.

Applications

Hotels

Room-service deliveries, amenities and towels taken to guest rooms, including between floors by lift.

Room service robots

Healthcare

Meals, linen, medical supplies and samples moved between wards and departments.

Benefits

  • Staff stay at their station instead of walking loads around the site.
  • Fewer repetitive carrying and pushing tasks.
  • Predictable delivery runs throughout the shift.
  • No floor tape, rails or building changes required in most cases.

How deployment works

  • Initial assessment: send us 2–3 photos of your site, or book a call.
  • Site survey: we check floors, route widths, doorways, lifts, Wi-Fi and charging points.
  • Demonstration: a working robot runs on your floor so your team can see it in action.
  • Written proposal: the recommended model, configuration and commercial option.
  • Installation and mapping: the robot learns your layout and routes are set up.
  • Training and support: staff are trained on site, with UK support afterwards.

Why choose Fresh Mango Robotics?

Fresh Mango Robotics is a UK supplier, installer and support partner for Keenon commercial robots, based in Ripon and Skipton, North Yorkshire. We survey the site, recommend a model, install and map it, train your team and look after it for the life of the contract.

  • Demonstration-led: we run a working robot on your floor before you commit.
  • Honest surveys: if a robot is not the right answer for your site, we say so.
  • UK installation, staff training and ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Three ways to pay: outright purchase, hybrid ownership or Robotics-as-a-Service.

Frequently asked questions

What delivery robots are available in the UK?

Fresh Mango Robotics supplies Keenon delivery robots throughout the UK, including the DINERBOT T9, T10 and T11 for restaurants, the BUTLERBOT W3 for hotel room service, and the KEENON S100 and S300 for moving goods in healthcare, logistics and industrial sites.

What is a logistics robot?

A logistics robot is an autonomous mobile robot that moves goods between fixed points inside a building, without a driver, rails or floor tape.

Do I need to change my building?

Usually not. The robot is mapped to your existing layout. It needs enough route width, a charging point and, for multi-floor use, lift integration. We check this in the site survey.

Can delivery robots use lifts?

Some models, such as the BUTLERBOT W3, can integrate with lifts to deliver between floors. Lift compatibility is checked during the survey.

Are transport robots safe around people?

Yes. They use LiDAR and cameras to detect people and obstacles, and slow down or stop rather than force a path. Speeds and routes are set to suit your site.
