About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Fresh Mango Robotics website at freshmangorobotics.co.uk. They do not cover the supply, installation or support of robots — those are governed by the separate written quotation and contract issued to your business.
Use of the site
You may browse the site for legitimate business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, reverse engineer it, scrape content at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
Information accuracy
We take care to keep specifications, prices and case studies accurate, but content is provided for general information only. Specific commitments are made only in a written quotation or contract signed by Fresh Mango Robotics. Robot specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding and imagery is owned by Fresh Mango Robotics or its licensors. "KEENON", "BellaBot" and related product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here to describe products we supply.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote or booking a demo does not create a contract. A binding agreement is formed only when Fresh Mango Robotics accepts an order in writing on the terms set out in the relevant quotation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
