Accessibility
How robots and our own site interact with accessibility considerations.

Robots on site
Service robots navigate using mapped routes and obstacle-avoidance sensors. During the site survey, we discuss routes with the customer, including areas used by staff or visitors with mobility, visual or other access needs, so routes can be planned accordingly.
Final responsibility for how a robot's route interacts with the accessibility of a premises sits with the site operator, who knows their building and visitors best.
This website
We aim to build this website using semantic HTML and readable contrast, and we welcome reports of accessibility issues so we can address them.
Frequently asked questions
Can robot routes be adjusted to avoid accessibility conflicts?
Yes — routes are configured during installation and can be revisited if your layout or usage patterns change. Raise this at the site survey stage.
