Our position
Whether a Data Protection Impact Assessment is legally required for a specific deployment depends on factors particular to the customer's site, sector and use of any camera or sensor data — this is a decision for the customer as data controller, generally with their own data protection adviser.
Fresh Mango Robotics can provide factual technical information about a robot's sensors and data flows (sourced from Keenon's product documentation) to help a customer complete their own assessment.
