What this robot does
DINERBOT T1 at a glance
The DINERBOT T1 is a Keenon delivery robot used in UK restaurants and hospitality venues to carry food and drinks from kitchen to table. Saves staff time in small cafés and bakeries by running drinks, plates, and clear-downs in tight spaces — so your team stays with customers. Fresh Mango Robotics supplies, installs and supports the DINERBOT T1 across the UK from our Yorkshire base.
The DINERBOT T1 is a compact delivery robot for small hospitality venues. It carries two trays of drinks, plates or clear-down crockery through aisles as narrow as 700 mm, which is what makes it usable in the kind of café, bakery or bistro floor where a larger four-tray robot simply cannot turn.
It is not a high-volume machine and it is not sold as one. The T1 exists to remove the short, constant counter-to-table trips that pull a two- or three-person team away from the till, the bar and the customer. On a 30–40 cover floor those trips add up to several hours a day.
Fresh Mango Robotics maps your floor during install, sets the table points, trains your team in an afternoon and supports the T1 from our UK service desk. If your covers grow past the T1's capacity, the same mapping and training carry straight over to a T2 or T6.
Where this model sits in the range
The smallest robot in the DINERBOT range — built for cafés, bakeries and bistros where floor space, not cover count, is the limiting factor.

Who it's for
Primary buyers of the DINERBOT T1
Independent café and bakery owners
Two- to four-person teams who lose most of their shift walking rather than serving. The T1 is usually the first automation an independent buys.
Small bistro and deli operators
Sites under roughly 40 covers where an extra pair of hands at peak is unaffordable, but the current team is visibly stretched.
Operators with a tight, awkward floor
Listed buildings, converted shops and narrow terraces where the aisle width rules out every larger delivery robot.
What it fixes
Problems the DINERBOT T1 solves
- Staff spend the peak hour walking rather than serving
- The T1 runs the drinks and plates out so the counter stays staffed and the queue keeps moving.
- A larger robot physically will not fit
- A compact chassis designed for 700 mm aisles means automation is possible on floors that rule out four-tray models.
- Recruiting weekend cover for a small team is disproportionately expensive
- The T1 absorbs the running work that part-time cover was hired to do, so the rota holds with fewer hands.
Business outcomes
What it does for your operation
The reasons operators sign off the investment — not the spec sheet.
Keeps the counter staffed at peak
The single biggest cost of a small floor is a queue nobody is serving. The T1 takes the trips so the till stays covered through the rush.
Fits where nothing else does
A compact footprint and 700 mm minimum aisle mean you get automation on a floor that would otherwise be excluded on width alone.
Lowest entry cost in the DINERBOT range
The smallest capital outlay of any DINERBOT, and available on a monthly RaaS subscription so a small independent can start without a lump sum.
Learn robotics on a low-risk model
Teams that start on the T1 and later scale to a T2 or T6 keep the same controls, the same dispatch workflow and the same support contract.
How it works
Built for daily commercial use
Autonomous navigation
Maps your premises once during install, then moves safely around staff, customers, and obstacles.
Simple staff controls
One-tap dispatch on a touch screen. No technical training needed.
Full-shift battery
Runs a full shift on one charge and returns to its dock automatically.
UK install and support
Fresh Mango handles install, staff training, and ongoing support as standard.
Use cases
Where it earns its keep
Cafés and coffee shops
Counter-to-table drinks and cake service through a narrow floor
Bakeries and delis
Order delivery and clear-down between a tight seating area and the counter
Small bistros
Two-tray food runs on floors under 40 covers
Choosing between models
Why choose the DINERBOT T1?
The T1 is chosen on floor width and entry cost, not on capacity. If either of those is your constraint, it is the right model.
Instead of the T2
Choose the T1 when the aisle is genuinely tight. The T2 carries an extra tray but needs more room to turn — on a small café floor that difference matters more than the payload.
Instead of the T6
The T6 is the volume workhorse for a 60–150 cover restaurant. On a 40-cover café it is over-specified and you pay for capacity you never use.
Instead of hiring part-time cover
A weekend runner costs every weekend, indefinitely. The T1 typically pays back in 12–18 months and then keeps running for five years or more.
Every model is available in the UK to buy outright, on a Robotics-as-a-Service monthly subscription, or as a hybrid package — see pricing options or book a demonstration.

FAQ
Common questions about the Keenon DINERBOT T1
- What does the Keenon DINERBOT T1 do?
- The Keenon DINERBOT T1 is a commercial service robot designed for carrying food and drinks from kitchen to table in UK restaurants and busy hospitality venues. Saves staff time in small cafés and bakeries by running drinks, plates, and clear-downs in tight spaces — so your team stays with customers.
- Is the Keenon DINERBOT T1 available in the UK?
- Yes. Fresh Mango Robotics is an authorised UK Keenon dealer and supplies, installs and supports the DINERBOT T1 across England, Scotland and Wales from our Yorkshire base in Ripon and Skipton.
- How much does the Keenon DINERBOT T1 cost in the UK?
- The DINERBOT T1 is available to buy outright, on a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) monthly subscription, or a hybrid model. Pricing depends on configuration, install requirements and support tier. Request a UK quote and we will respond within one business day.
- Can I see the Keenon DINERBOT T1 working before I buy?
- Yes. We offer free on-site demonstrations across the UK. Our Yorkshire-based engineers bring the robot to your premises, map your environment and run it on your real routes so you can assess fit before committing.
- What support is included with the DINERBOT T1?
- Every deployment includes site survey, installation, staff training and ongoing UK help-desk and on-site support. Remote monitoring, SLAs and on-site maintenance tiers are available for multi-robot and multi-site operations.
- Is the DINERBOT T1 suitable for a small café?
- Yes — that is exactly what it is designed for. The T1 carries two trays (around 10 kg) and needs about 700 mm of aisle width, so it works on floors up to roughly 40 covers where larger four-tray robots cannot turn.
- How does the T1 compare with the T2 and T6?
- The T1 is the compact entry model: two trays and the smallest footprint. The T2 adds a third tray for a standard restaurant floor. The T6 is the higher-volume workhorse for 60–150 cover sites. Choose the T1 when aisle width or entry cost is your constraint.
- Can I rent the DINERBOT T1 rather than buy it?
- Yes. The DINERBOT T1 is available to buy outright, on a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) monthly subscription that bundles support and maintenance, or as a hybrid purchase-plus-support package. RaaS is the route most independent cafés take, because it avoids a capital outlay. Fresh Mango Robotics supplies, installs and supports it across England, Scotland and Wales.
- Can the T1 clear tables as well as deliver?
- Yes. Most café operators run it in both directions — plates and drinks out, empties back to the wash-up. Clearing runs are often where the bigger time saving shows up on a small floor.
