Fresh Mango Robotics field engineers who carry out on-site visits — installation, maintenance and support — are DBS checked.
We can confirm the status of an individual engineer's check to a customer on request, particularly for sites such as healthcare or education where this is expected.

Field engineers who attend customer sites are DBS checked. Office-based support staff who do not visit sites are not necessarily covered by the same check.
