Keenon KLEENBOT C20
Compact commercial floor cleaner
At a glance
What this robot does
KLEENBOT C20 at a glance
The KLEENBOT C20 is a Keenon commercial cleaning robot used in UK retail, hospitality and healthcare environments. Cuts routine cleaning hours in offices, clinics, and boutique hotels. Your team arrives focused on detail work, not pushing a scrubber. Fresh Mango Robotics supplies, installs and supports it from our Yorkshire base.
The KLEENBOT C20 is the smallest autonomous floor cleaner in the Keenon range. It sweeps and scrubs up to 600 m² an hour and fits through standard doorways, which is what makes it usable in office suites, clinics and boutique hotels rather than only in open retail halls.
It is aimed at sites with roughly 400–1,500 m² of hard floor — too much to mop properly in the time available, but not enough to justify a large ride-on or a 3,000 m²/hr industrial machine.
The C20 runs unattended out of hours, docks itself and logs every run, so you get a consistent floor every morning and an auditable record of coverage. Fresh Mango Robotics maps the site, sets exclusion zones and supports the machine from the UK.

Who it's for
Primary buyers of the KLEENBOT C20
Office and workspace managers
Facilities teams cleaning a floor plate every night on a fixed contract, where quality varies with whoever is on shift.
Clinics and private healthcare
Sites that need documented, repeatable floor cleaning between sessions without a machine that dominates a corridor.
Boutique hotels and small venues
Public areas that must be spotless by breakfast, cleaned overnight without disturbing guests.
What it fixes
Problems the KLEENBOT C20 solves
- Floor standards vary night to night
- The same mapped route, coverage and dwell time on every run, so the floor is identical on a Monday and a Sunday.
- Larger cleaning robots won't fit through the building
- A compact chassis that clears standard doorways and works around desks, chairs and clinical furniture.
- No evidence of coverage for clients or inspectors
- Every run is logged with a map and timings, so you can prove what was cleaned, when and to what coverage.
Business outcomes
What it does for your operation
The reasons operators sign off the investment — not the spec sheet.
Removes the nightly floor round from the rota
The routine sweep-and-scrub runs unattended, so your cleaning hours go to washrooms, touchpoints and detail work instead.
Fits buildings that exclude larger machines
Standard-doorway access means you can automate cleaning in offices and clinics, not just in open retail floor space.
Audit-ready cleaning records
Mapped run logs give facilities managers and contract cleaners hard evidence of coverage for clients and inspections.
Lower entry cost than a large-area cleaner
Sized and priced for 400–1,500 m², so you are not paying for industrial coverage you can't use.
How it works

Choosing between models
Why choose the KLEENBOT C20?
The C20 is a fit-and-scale decision. Choose it when the building is the constraint and the floor area is modest.
Instead of the C30
The C30 is dry-only — sweep, vacuum and dust-mop. Choose the C20 when you need a wet scrub on hard floors as well.
Instead of the C40
The C40 covers up to 1,100 m²/hr and adds full 4-in-1 cleaning. Above roughly 1,500 m² of floor it is the better economics; below that you're paying for unused capacity.
Instead of contract cleaning hours
A nightly floor round is the most repeatable, least skilled part of a cleaning contract — and therefore the part with the clearest automation case.
Every model is available in the UK to buy outright, on a Robotics-as-a-Service monthly subscription, or as a hybrid package — see pricing options or book a demonstration.
