What is Fleet Management?
Fleet management is the software and process for scheduling, monitoring and reporting on multiple robots across one or more sites from a single dashboard.

Once an operation runs more than one robot — or the same robot across several sites — fleet management software becomes essential. It lets a facilities manager schedule routes, monitor live status, review coverage and cleaning reports, and pick up alerts if a robot is stuck, low on battery or needs attention.
Good fleet management reduces the day-to-day burden on site staff: rather than each location needing someone to manually start and monitor a robot, schedules run automatically and exceptions are flagged remotely, often to the supplier's own support team before a site manager even notices.
Reporting is also increasingly used for compliance and contract evidence — showing exactly what area was cleaned, when, and to what standard, which is valuable for cleaning contractors managing multiple client sites under service level agreements.
